今日は朝からヘビーなものを、 食べてしまいました。 此方「Antenor」の、 シフォンケーキは大好物。昨日買って冷蔵庫で冷やしておいたんです。何時もは丸ごと1個食べてしまうのですが、今朝は自動制御装置が働き、半分にセーブしました。会社が終わったら、晩のデザートは残りの半分だが・・・注：会社帰りに、飲みに行かなければの話です。
