１年が早く通り過ぎていく、あと２ヶ月でお正月。
来年の２月で丸義商事に来てから３年目です。
ふと、入社当時のことを、思い出しました。
それは、１人の男性がご来店され、
事務所物件を探してる、との事でした。
未だ、不慣れな私が物件をご案内したところ
後日他の社員と、もう一度内覧したいとの希望でした。
名詞を見るとかなり大きな規模の会社です。
それから２．３日後、３人でご来店され
私が物件の説明を、始めようとした時、
もう１人お客様がお店に入ってきました。
カウンターの席は、３人しか座れません
ご用件をお伺いすると、その方は
「私は後で良い」と、後ろで立っていました。
先に、来店されてた３人様より、物件への
質問が次々と出て、慣れない私は
自分のお答えできる範囲で、話をしてました。
すると、後ろで順番を待ってた方が、
カウンターで私と話してる３人に、後ろから
大きな声で、「この店で決めろ！」と言いました。
なんと言うことでしょう・・・
後ろで順番を待ってた方は、同じ会社の会長さんでした。
そして３人の社員に、何故この店で事務所を借りろと
言った事の、説明を始めました。
人間は３０分も会話してたら「権が出る」との事でした。
そして後日、無事契約して頂きました。
私は自分を認めてもらった事より
その会長さんの、人を見抜く方法を
教わったと思い、今でも感謝しております。

Really fine blog post. I actually simply came across a person's weblog plus wished so that you can say this I've really appreciated examining a person's site plus posts. Anyhow I’ll often be signing up a person's feast plus I actually hope so that you can examine a person's site again.
