昨日天麩羅が食べたくなり、浅草「葵丸進」で、掻揚げを買いました。此方の天麩羅は、かなり大きめにできてるので、少なめに買うのがコツです。 でも！欲張りな私は！アレもコレもと何種類も買ってしまい、食べ切れません・・トホホ。 別売で漬け汁も販売してるので、これも買われたら良いと思います。あとは、八百屋で大根と生姜を買い、これでパーフェクトです。
ぜ～ったい食べ過ぎ！ 糖尿病は密かに、いやいや堂々とカラダを蝕んでますよ。
フライよりはいいかもしれないけれど、唐揚よりは脂肪分が多いし、 大根おろしは消化は助けるけど、 カロリーは減らしてくれませんよぉ。
